Would you like to optimally prepare a manager for the requirements of their position? When processes are introduced or areas are restructured, we support individuals or small groups in a tailored and individual manner.
The objective of LogistikPlan’s management consulting is to support our clients in addressing job-related challenges, conflicts, or goals.
► Coaching: aligned with individual goals and
corporate objectives
Our coaching is tailored to the individual competencies, deficits, and needs of each employee, for example to
- increase performance
- optimize leadership style
- improve management skills.
Coaching is also aligned with the objectives of the company, for example
- to support the implementation of new processes and organizational structures
- the expansion of areas of responsibility, or
- the restructuring of a factory.
► Coaching is not an off-the-shelf training.
Our services:
- We support a new manager (e.g. logistics manager or production manager) on site as a coach for a defined period of time.
- This allows personal strengths and successes as well as deficits and development needs to be identified and addressed in an optimal way.
- We provide impulses, enable a change of perspective, reflect strengths and weaknesses, and highlight development opportunities, without prescribing our own solutions.
- At your request, we are of course also available to support the employee as a mentor over a longer period of time.
