The task of LogistikPlan’s project managers is to take organizational responsibility for all project phases – from project planning through execution to implementation and commissioning – and to manage them on a full-time basis.

2. Award management

Specification, tendering, awarding, and supervision of execution:

  • of logistics services (transport, warehousing, value-added services)
  • of new construction and conversion projects for the establishment / expansion of operating sites, production facilities, logistics centers
  • of investment measures for the procurement and implementation of logistics and production equipment

3. Relocation and ramp-up management

  • System acceptance and ramp-up support (hook-up and ramp-up management)
  • Relocation and commissioning management for the transfer of production and logistics facilities
